2. Project Scope Finalised
Agree aims and objectives of project, bring in Architects, Structural Engineers, planning and building control as required. Finalise finish levels and product choices. Our fee for this element of the project would be dependent on the scale of the works required.
3. Detailed Job Specification
Breakdown of project areas, detailed task list, appointing subcontractors. At this stage a detailed report and quote will be issued. Our fee for this element of the project would be dependent on the scale of the works required.
4. Build Phase
On site work to realise the project, project management of subcontractors as principal contractor.
This phase includes constant monitoring and interaction. We keep an eye on budgets to ensure the lowest costs, stay on top of schedules for timely delivery and work closely with the design team to create your vision.
Working with trusted subcontractors, we keep them accountable throughout the entire build. From sequence to production and quality control, we stay focused on the goal.
The last step in any build. This phase includes site cleanup, systems training, final inspections and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction.
